The following options are available in the Public Works online form: Animal Dead in Right-of-Way (Note the village does not pick up on private property), B-Box repair, compliance inspection, drainage/flooding issue, light pole or wire, pothole patching, sidewalk repair, storm drain, street lighting, street repair, street sweeping, street signs, tree limb pickup in parkway, tree removal, tree trimming, traffic signal, water meter replacement, water turn off/on, and other.
Potential water main breaks/leaks and sewer backups cannot be reported through the online form due to the emergency nature of these issues. To report a water main break or leak, or sewer backup, during Public Works’ regular hours (Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, excluding holidays), call our Public Works department at 630-834-8505. For reports outside of these hours, call 911. The dispatcher will notify the Public Works supervisor on call.

The following options are available in the Community & Economic Development online form: Code enforcement ticket payments, code inquiries, contractor requirements/inquiries, gaming license (Video), hearing court/code violations, neighbor complaints, new business requirements, new development, permit inquiries, planning and or zoning inquiries, plat of survey, plumbing inquiries, property maintenance/miscellaneous code complaints, schedule building inspection, signs - private and temporary, tall grass or weeds, trash in yard, and other.

The following options are available in the Administration online form: Agenda or minutes, liability issues, municipal code inquiries, senior license requests, solicitor complaints, Garbage/Recycling Cart Damaged, Missed Pickup Trash/ Yard Waste, Yard Waste Pickup Issues, and Other.
The following options are available in the Finance online form: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Places for Eating Tax, Liquor Licenses, Water Billing, Cart New Service/Service Revision (Garbage & Recycle), and Other.

The Villa Park Police Department uses FRONTLINE Public Safety Solutions to process requests for overnight parking, vacation house watches, bike registration, pet management, and citizen crime reporting. For public safety concerns and emergencies, please call 911.
