The following options are available in the Public Works online form: Animal Dead in Right-of-Way (Note the village does not pick up on private property), B-Box repair, compliance inspection, drainage/flooding issue, light pole or wire, pothole patching, sidewalk repair, storm drain, street lighting, street repair, street sweeping, street signs, tree limb pickup in parkway, tree removal, tree trimming, traffic signal, water meter replacement, water turn off/on, and other.

Potential water main breaks/leaks and sewer backups cannot be reported through the online form due to the emergency nature of these issues. To report a water main break or leak, or sewer backup, during Public Works’ regular hours (Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, excluding holidays), call our Public Works department at 630-834-8505. For reports outside of these hours, call 911. The dispatcher will notify the Public Works supervisor on call.
