18. Procedures That Will Be Followed:
    Step 1: Complaint will be referred to Village Manager's Office.
20. Step 2: The Village Manager or his designee will bring the complaint to the attention of the proper department head.
22. Step 3: If the complaint is of such a nature that it requires the Village Board to act, the Village Manager will bring the matter to the Village Board.
24. These procedures will be strictly adhered to. After investigation of your complaint, you will be notified as soon as practicable.
