Payment Options for Municipal Citations
Municipal Citations (Parking, Compliance and Adjudication Citations) can be paid:
- By Mail
- In Person
- Online (parking and compliance citations ONLY)
***Local Adjudication Citations CANNOT be paid online***
Pay by Mail:
Payments must be made by check or money order. Please make your check payable to the Village of Villa Park and include the citation number on the check. Do not mail cash. Payments can be mailed to the Police Department using the following address:

Pay in Person:
You can pay in person at the Police Department, Monday - Friday, from 7:00am – 7:00pm. We accept payments of cash, check, money order, and most common credit cards.
You can also drop your citation payment in the Village Drop Box (black box), which is located by the Village Hall parking lot. Checks only, no cash! Payments must be placed in the citation envelope to ensure the payment is properly credited to your citation.
You can pay your parking or compliance citations online. To pay by this method, please have your credit card and citation information available. Your citation number(s) is required to pay online.
There is a $3.00 additional service fee per online transaction; multiple citations can be paid on one transaction.

If you are unsure of the amount that must be paid, including late fees if applicable, contact the Villa Park Police Department Records Unit at 630-834-7447 prior to paying online.
Pay by Phone:
You can pay your citation by phone during business hours, Monday – Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm. To pay by this method, please have your credit card and citation number available.
State Traffic Citations are only payable to the DuPage County Circuit Court.
