2016 Asphalt Rejuvenation
In an effort to slow down the deterioration of its new asphalt pavements, the Village instituted the Asphalt Rejuvenation Program in 1986. Rejuvenating agents known as “CRF” and “Reclamite” are applied to the surface of previously resurfaced or reconstructed asphalt pavements. These rejuvenating agents help seal the small cracks in the pavement. They also help revitalize the asphalt by replacing some of the liquid ingredients that have evaporated

2016 Crack Seal Program
In an effort to slow down the deterioration of its asphalt pavements, the Village instituted the Crack Sealing Program.

2016 Home Avenue Water Tower Grounding Project
This project consists of the installation of electrical grounding equipment on and adjacent to the water tower located at 11 West Home Avenue. The project also includes other related work, including earthwork and grading, removal and replacement of chain line fence, installation of a concrete spill pad, and placement of topsoil and sod.

This project consists of the rehabilitation of various streets by means of various pavement rehabilitation methods.

Ardmore Avenue Streetscape Project
To enhance the walkability, driveability, and aesthetic quality of the North Ardmore Avenue corridor.

Flood Control Study
The Village hired three engineering consultant companies to study the whole of Villa Park in an effort to create a plan to reduce the amount of flooding for residents.

High Ridge Road Resurfacing Project
This project consists of the resurfacing of High Ridge Road from Ardmore Avenue to the west Village limits.

South Monterey Culvert Replacement Project
This project consists of ditch re-grading, culvert pipe and approach removal and replacement in public right-of-way on South Monterey Avenue between Washington Boulevard and Madison Street.

North Side Sidewalk Project
To increase pedestrian safety and provide better access to residences and businesses on the north side of the Village.

East Park Boulevard Improvement Project
This project consists of the complete reconstruction of East Park Boulevard from Villa Avenue to the east dead end.

Pavement Patching 2016
This project consists of patching various streets throughout the Village.

North Princeton Water Main Improvement Project
This project consists of the replacement of the existing water main on North Princeton Avenue from Terrace Street to Ridge Road in the Village of Villa Park with approximately 1,200 lineal feet of new eight inch (8)” ductile iron water main. The project also includes the installation of new valves and valve vaults, fire hydrant assemblies, water services, and all necessary restoration and related work.
