SENIOR TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
YORK TOWNSHIP
York Township offers transportation for residents, ages 55 and older. You must be registered at York Township to participate and you need to call five business days prior to your trip (Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days), 630-620-2424. Costs per ride vary from $2 to $4 each way.

Subsidized Taxi Rides
Subsidized taxi rides for Villa Park residents age 65 and older, and physically challenged residents, (must have physicians letter confirming disability) within the boundaries of Villa Park are available for $1 per ride, per person each way. A photo ID card showing their current address and date of birth is necessary. This program only applies to transportation within Villa Park. A picture one and a half inches by one and a half inches that will be applied to the card. Please call 630-834-8500 for further information.
Regional Transit Authority (RTA) Reduced Ride Card
RTA reduced ride card application are available at the Iowa Community Center for persons age 65 years and older or within three weeks of their 65th birthday. Applications can be obtained during normal business hours and require a photo ID with proof of age. Call 630-834-8970 for more information.
