ABOUT THE VILLA PARK SKATEPARK PROJECT
The Villa Park Skatepark project will provide our youth and entire community with a safe, accessible and environmentally friendly space for everyone to enjoy.

The 7,500 sq ft concrete skatepark will have a variety of features for all skill levels including beginner to expert skaters, skaters with disabilities, BMX riders and in-line skaters.

This project will benefit underserved kids and teenagers by providing a safe place to practice their sport that will give them a much-needed exercise and a sense of self-esteem. We have united community members and businesses to donate their materials, services and funding in order to build this skatepark. Carpenters, concrete workers, landscape designers, excavators and construction workers have stepped forward to donate their services in order to make this park a reality.

Many people are waiting to erect this project but we urgently need more construction materials. The total amount still needed for materials and labor is $ 49,350. The completion of this project will create a sense of pride and accomplishment in our community and prove that by joining forces, dreams can become reality!
