Per Commonwealth Edison, this storm affected the third largest number of customers system-wide in its history. ComEd is predicting that remaining outages in Villa Park and system-wide will be rectified by no later than midnight tonight. There are 131 Villa Park customers still affected out of a total of 1,285. 89.8% of outages have been restored. Five repair crews are assigned to Villa Park. There is a possibility that some outages may not be repaired until Saturday. However, ComEd is still anticipating outages to be repaired by midnight tonight.

Remember that some outages may reoccur over the weekend due to changing some temporary repairs to a permanent repair status. If these type of outages occur, they should last less than one hour.
