DOG LICENSE

All dogs must be registered annually with the Village of Villa Park.

Dog License applications are available at the Village Hall located at 20 S. Ardmore.  You may request an application be mailed to you by calling (630) 834-8500. 

The cost of the Dog License is $4.00.  They are free for Senior Citizens over the age of 65.

You will need to bring in your rabies certificate with the date of the Inoculation and the Inoculation tag number. 

If applying by mail, please include a self addressed stamped envelope with your application along with a copy of your rabies certification and your check for $4.00.
