Donate Used Bikes to People in Need

Working Bikes, a not-for-profit cooperative in Chicago, diverts bicycles from the waste stream by repairing them for sale and charity. Primarily volunteer-driven, all of its operations are funded through the sale of bicycles at its Chicago storefront. Working Bikes uses that money to provide bicycles to charity organizations throughout Chicagoland and to ship bicycles to the Gulf Coast, Cuba, Guatemala, Ecuador, and many other places of need.

Drop-off locations for used bikes are located throughout the Chicago area, including Villa Park.

Check out workingbikes for more information.
