General Public Works Downloads
The following are general Public Works downloads.
The Garbage Routes Map shows the weekly garbage pickup schedule for each area of the Village.
The Village of Villa Park's Approved Tree Service Contractors list provides the contact information of tree contractors who have current certificates of insurance on file with the Public Works Department.

Private Development
The following materials pertain to private development.
A Fill Permit is required for any construction or development activity which will result in changes to the exterior of a property. Please note that, for some developments, a Fill Permit is not sufficient; in these cases a DuPage County Stormwater Management Permit is required. Any persons interested in developing a property should contact the Public Works Department prior to beginning any work to determine which permit(s) are required.
A Highway Permit is required for any work in a Village right-of-way.
The Village of Villa Park Public Works Standards are provided in a single ZIP file. The standards contain several individual PDF files as well as Standard Details in both PDF and AutoCAD DWG file format. Visit the Public Works Standards page for additional information and to download individual files.
The Village of Villa Park Benchmarks List includes description and elevation information for all Village benchmarks, as well as a map of all locations, for the purpose of providing survey control for development and other needs.

Drainage

The Drainage Assistance Program Policy outlines the process and requirements for the Drainage Assistance Program. The policy also includes the Drainage Assistance Program Application which must be submitted by residents interested in participating in the program.
