In January 2010 the State of Illinois enhanced resident access to public information with revisions to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. Under the revamped act residents are able to access information from their local public officials in a variety of media in a shorter period of time at reduced fees.

In order to assist our residents in accessing information the Village has contracted with FOIA Systems to make requests by submitting requests using the link below. After registering you may submit your requests by following the prompts.

On the FOIA Systems page, the Submit Request link will allow you to make an electronic request. The response to the request will be made through the FOIA Officer, Sue Matthews, Executive Assistant to the Village Manager. The Village Hall is located at 20 S. Ardmore and the main number is 630-834-8500.
