Thomas Cullerton has been a resident of Villa Park since July 2002. His wife, Stacey and their first son moved to Villa Park from Chicago. Subsequently they have had two more sons and all enjoy the amenities that Villa Park has to offer. President Cullerton started his community activism by forming a Neighborhood Watch program on his block a year after moving to town. He then was elected as a Trustee in April of 2005 on the premise of helping to move Villa Park forward. He was elected to the Presidency in April of 2009. Tom has served as a Member of the DuPage Mayors and Managers Legislative Commission and is looking forward to continuing that strong alliance. He has pushed our State and County Legislators to recognize the true economic viability of Villa Park as a long term asset to DuPage County.

Tom's main goals for Villa Park are:

• Continue to strengthen the neighborly atmosphere that is unique to our Village.
• Move quickly on long term retail and residential solutions for our continued growth.
• Solidify our relationships with Illinois State Legislators to increase funding and tangible assets for Villa Park.
• Provide Villa Park residents security, trust, and open communication with their elected officials.

We will attain our Village's prosperity with energetic effort from our Trustees, dedication from our staff and the gracious character of our residents.
