Municipal Codes
Our municipal code is published online by Municipal Code Corporation (MCC). MCC has more than 50 years experience publishing Codes of Ordinances, Land Use Codes and Charters for local governments.
P-Ticket
On September 25, 2006 the Village Board passed Ordinance #3387, which amended Chapter 1 of the Municipal Code. The purpose of this ordinance is to streamline enforcement procedures for certain routine violations.
Following is an easy to view and print PDF document containing the list of violations contained in this ordinance for which a "P-Ticket" can be written. The amount of the fine is also indicated on this document. A copy of the Village code book is also available at the Villa Park Public Library for public inspection.
