Step 1: Complaint will be referred to Village Manager's Office.
Step 2: The Village Manager or his designee will bring the complaint to the attention of the proper department head.
Step 3: If the complaint is of such a nature that it requires the Village Board to act, the Village Manager will bring the matter to the Village Board.
These procedures will be strictly adhered to. After investigation of your complaint, you will be notified as soon as practicable.
We appreciate your concerns, but please be advised that according to Ordinance 3761 of the Villa Park Municipal Code, anyone who becomes verbally abusive or acts in a threatening manner will be asked to leave or will be escorted from the premises by the Villa Park Police Department.
