Administration

Public Works Administration includes the Public Works Director, Division Superintendents, and Public Works office and clerical staff. The administration is responsible for overseeing all operations of the department, for directing day-to-day tasks of crews and staff, and for planning future projects and operations. The administrative staff is also responsible for providing clerical support and other various services to Public Works divisions and employees.

Some of the responsibilities of Public Works Administration include:

  • Clerical Support for Department divisions
  • Direction of day-to-day tasks of crews and staff
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Oversight of Department operations
  • Planning of future projects and operations
