Aqua Fitness classes are offered in the summer at both of our outdoor pools.

Our Winter/Spring session has ended. Please note, We have a 2 week break then classes will resume on Monday, June 5. ***We will have a special “POUND® demo class” given by Lucy on Wednesday, May 24, 5:45-6:30 pm. Pound® is an exhilarating full body workout using lightly weighted drumsticks to transform drumming into an incredibly effective cardio, conditioning, and strength training exercise. This will be FREE for anyone who wants to experience this intensive, fun, new class that we will be offering on the summer schedule. Come and try it!
