Come In & Get Fit
We offer a variety of fitness classes. If you need to get more energy and improve ability we have just the class for you, Yoga. We also offer Beginner T’ai Chi, Continuing T’ai Chi, and T’ai Chi Sword. If you want to have fun and a total body workout come and join our Jazzercise group. The class is a combination of dance based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burning.

If you and your family want to get healthy together we are offering a class everyone can do, join us for Family Zumba. Kids 6 and up are welcome to join their parents in this cardio dance class that meets on Saturday mornings.
